That the nurses could canulate as the 'doctor only' policy meant long waiting times. Of particular not Katie and Claire were exceptional in service delivery.

It was the general concensus of many patients that the staff are too busy now to share the care. We all felt the reduction in staff has put too much pressure on those trying to give effective care

The nurses and general care staff are all very friendly - work extremely hard and made me comfortable; giving reassurance + managed my pain relief.

Everything was perfect. People who attended me were marvelous. Laid on hard bed too long though (71/2 hrs) hurt legs
